for the upcoming year. We encourage you
to take advantage of this incredible faithbased

are very simplified steps to help you
register and take advantage of this
precious gift. For your information:
How do parishioners register for an
account?
Registering for FORMED is easier than
ever:
1. Go to formed.org/signup
2. Select your parish (use our zip code).
3. Register with your name and email
address.
4. Check that email account for a link to
begin using FORMED.
How do you log into FORMED if you
previously had access?
1. Go to formed.org/signup
2. In the upper right corner, select
"Sign In”.
3. A new "Sign In" screen appears and
user enters their email address and
selects “Next".
4. A message appears for user to
"Check your email!"
5. Check that email account for a link to
begin using FORMED.
